I don't see what that has to do with the bloodline... Any dog will make you walk if there no roads to ease up to them.....
But it answer your question like Monty said long range loose bay jam up dogs..they have a good nose on them I've seen Dale's "ZZ" strike from the box and Monty's strike off the hood as a matter of fact he did it this past weekend... And thy are rolling SOB's haven't seen or heard of one who won't...

He sure is.  I will try and bring you one to your tournament if we are near my house before reporting to weigh in!

Lol fonzie if you drop a dog that hunts only 500 yards out an comes back because of no hogs then u Anit walking , but if drop lets say zz or Blake's Tator they might no strike a hog till they get 1.5 miles out so then u gonna be a walking son of a gun ,

Now I see what your saying...

Thy are good dogs I've been lucky enough to hunt behind 3 dogs straight out of tator (Monty's Tj, Blake's tator, and Dales Zz) all three are hogs striking machines... Good luck with your pup!

Just curious but what is the back ground on the "tator" blood line?
