Still no solid info, I'm trying to set up a meeting with the owner to check out the facts. I know they have african exotics and bred up whitetails just from what I've seen along the fences.

A decoy dog, a call, and a good shooter is hard to beat if you are sure that its coy dogs or coyotes. No need to stay up all night with a spotlight. Evening and early morning has always worked good for me.
If you should go the snare or trap route, keep them close to game feeders if any are being used on the place. The wild predators recognize them and use them for the same reasons that deer hunter do.
Id bet money on it being neighborhood dogs or a cat myself. Cats and house dogs will kill for sport and leave their kills uneaten or just nibbled on. Coyotes and wolves are kinda like fat kids and chocolate cake! Id look for a hole in the fence if I were you.
Good luck and keep us posted.

I have one hog trap made years ago 4 foot x 4 foot x 8 foot long. I used 2x4 horse panel over the frame. Has a guillotine gate. Have hardware cloth wired inside of trap. I made a smaller cage that fits inside the hog trap. I use a baby goat as bait. Go by every evening and put the goat in and set the trap. The baby goat cries and balls or hours. That baby goat crying will bring in almost any varmint. With this have caught coyotes, feral dogs, bobcats, feral cats and a fox.
