Same buddy still saying it was a fluke that one dog can handle it... Me, Charles and John head out with Sasha and Weezy in tow. We drop Sasha and she heads out hunting. She made a big round to the east and came up empty, she passed by us at a high lope and headed south westish. Got to bullchittin and not paying attention and look at the garmin and she is sitting solid at .61  We can't hear her due to the wind at our back. We give her about 10 minutes and she still shows treed at the same spot. Hook up Weezy and start the hike to her, after about a 20 minute hike we arrive within 50 yards and cut Weezy loose. Caught pig....  A little better pig than the last one Sasha handled solo..

I know how it is, I just love shutting up the haters! But they won't stop, next it will be how many hogs can just one dog produce!

good job! I did it before Christmas , couldn't find anybody to go hunting with me
so I loaded up my one gyp and my (DOGO) diago she struck at about 450 yards
and stayed bayed for couple of minutes, got within 20 yards and cut the catch dog loose
done deal!!! Yes it can be done!

That should be the "norm". Pick any bay dog and holding dog off my yard and expect to get it done, if not they don't live here.

The ultimate goal.....After realizing owning a "help dog" is pointless and a waste of good kibble I got rid of a lot of dogs last year. Right now I only have three "strike dogs" and a few six month old pups out of my best. The rest are catch. Two of the three just turned two and can get it done solo. The other is just now a year old and showing potential. Hopefully the "ultimate goal" will come soon..
