Is $500 to much for a broke horse that kids can ride? I am thinking of getting one to ride in woods and for my kids to ride when not in woods

That's not bad at all. Just remember taking care of a horse costs a lot more then buying one.

Ya usally kids horses are priced high because people are willing to pay good to make sure kids are safe
You can get a good deal sometimes though , if you dont know alot about horses i would take some one with you that does , there alot of tricks in the horse trading business be careful an look at alot of horses
I have drove many a mile looking for good horses

i'd say that would be cheap - if the horse was what he's sposed to be .

you can't make nothing out of a horse in 30 days . if that guy truly can with any horse he'll soon be a millionaire .

That can't be true believe me , just like a dog  can't turn it in to a top strike dog trash broke an all in 30 days

I rode horses my whole life , rode bucking horses an steerwrestled an did a little horses tradeing
An I have an have had some dang good horses an broke a few horses
But never would I advortise a KID horse only knowing the horses 30 days , not happing that takes years an many many days of riding , cold , hot rain , night , daytime in the woods beside the road

I'm not trying to sound like a know it all or anything I just know how people lying an try to make stuff seem like it better than it is an I would hate for you to waste money an possible get a kid hurt

Train anything that will do it's job in 30 days for a kid?Huh?
Red flag warning!!!!!
And I got 3 month old finished hog dogs!     Lol
I would defiantly want to see with my own eyes!!!    Cause I don't believe it!   Maybe Billy Etuaber's kids can rind any reasonable horse in 30 days, but that don't make them kid horses.   Lol

His version and mine of a kid broke horse are way different. Idk what he can do to the horse in the 30 days to be a kid horse.

Now I don't know that man or his horses. I put my kids on horses at a friends place. He has helped at every birth of all of the horses he owns. He can make a horse lay down on comand. I like to know that every horse he has has been handled by people every day of their life since the day they were born. Plus his kids are always riding them. I do not know enough about horses to go buy one without help for sure. If you can see the horse and it is not just at a time he showing it to you then I would trust him more. Plus I like to know where someone lives. They tend to be more honest that way. But $500 for a good horse is nothing. I have paid more for a puppy and I have bought a car for less. So if you trust the man and his horse then that is a great price.

I love it I use to go to the sale barn when I was a kid and my mom would always buy a kid broke horse dirt cheap and me and my brother would ride them for a few months and sell them when they were broke when I was riding them and get slammed me and my brother would always joke about their being so many kids that must have been one hell of a hand

Also depends on how old the horse is.... Anything under 15 years old and 500 dollars is a red flag. It's just like dogs. There's all kinds of dogs for sale. But nobody's best dog is for sale. Now if its an older horse that has been used his whole life and the owner wants to get rid of him because he can't get anymore use out of him that's a different story..... Nobody can make a horse in 30 days. Just like a dog doesn't reach it's full potential until its had lots of woods time. Can't make a top notch strike dog in 30 days I don't care how many hogs its been on in that time it has not reached its full potential.
