I noticed my male cur has a golfball size lump on the lower part of his neck.. it doesnt bother him when i touch it or anything. It feels.like it has a vein (tubeshape) connected to it but the lump can be picked up with the skin i beileve if i remember right last time i felt it. Any ideas of what it could be or what to do?

May need to be drained. One of my dogs had that problem. I lanced it and it went away.
