Okay guys I wana no what yall think I've thought about this ever sense I started hunting but all I can do is dream over it and try and picture it cause I don't have a sowing machine but take a vest cut the front open insert a plastic barrel type piece that's molded the shape of a dog chest and also leggings so u can have like a armor suit on the dog It may sound dumb but may save a dogs life in a way. I mean it's just an idea so don't call me a dumbass lol..

keep dreaming , dreams are what keeps you going , if you dont have dreams or goals you have nothing to strive for , Im sure we all want the same in that area , to protect our dogs , way to go , when I was younger I dreamed about my own place in the woods , land to hunt on, at the time I made little , these dreams were a long ways away , at the time I really thought ( how the heck is that gonna happen ), I dont make crap , life was a struggle , It finally came , with hard work you can make it happen , every one has there favorite vest maker , just remember its gotta be flexible , if your dog is stiff and hendered by the vest , even if its the best protection , people wont buy , good for you and good luck

Whatever kind of vest u make always remember that there is a chance that ur catch dog might have to swim  . If the vest they have on is too heavy or bulky it might act as a lead weight then your out a catch dog. Lots of pros and cons in buying or making a catch vest. |

Gotta think about heat to. A plastic inserted vest is gonna be extremely hot since there's no way for it to breath
