I ran a cut vest on my rcd for one hunt and the inside of his legs were raw so how do people who run vests on bay dogs religiously not have this problem? Not knocking you for protecting your dogs I just don't see how the dog can stand it, or maybe my vest is too big for my dog. Need advise. Thanks!

I figured it was too big because its my bull dogs vest on a curr dog. Might have to order him one.

Some places u can custom order for the same price as the sized vest. This helps to ensure proper fit. If ur dog gets a lil raw wash the vest a couple times. The seam is what tends to rub. Washing helps soften the seam. Another trick is to use Vaseline on the dogs legs to help slick em up. After a few runs the edges will soften and their legs get a lil calessed. If u special order make the measurement between the front legs 1/4 inch or so less than what it is so they have a lil room there.
