Caught one in a cave in the side of a hill one time. And bayed one that was underneath a grain feeder for cattle

I was hunting in dayton Texas with the Psenciks "djhogdogger" and "currdog" or something like that i believe..... Anyway "peachcreek" and "underdog" were there as well.

If memory serves me right we had been seeing lights on the property that were not supposed to be there so Mr. James went to see what the deal was, a couple dogs followed him while we stay put waiting on other dogs. Eventually we rode to where Mr. James and the other group of doggers that supposedly also had permission.......we bs with these other guys for a bit and realize that a couple of our dogs are bayed solid like 600yds away, lol funny kicker, the guys we ran into has a mess of dogs on the ground and not a single one was at the bay. We take to em and i happened to be the first one to the bay and i was honestly confused for a minute, a couple dogs were baying straight at the ground and one was in about a 4' deep washout and was baying up into a cave of sorts, dirt was all held on top of it with thick tree roots...lol i still remember Mrs. Dinah who wasnt far behind me say something along the lines of "a freggin armadillo" lol about the time she said that i saw the snout of a hog not 5' from me and around 3 1/2' below me, the cd's were awesome, Travis, "peachcreek" waited til the digs worked the hog out of its hole and as soon as he could he literally dropped his AB right next to the hog and just like that we have a caught hog, we did have hell gettin him out from all the roots and debris for a minute though lol. I will remember that hunt for a long time! Good hunt, great people!.......to this day i still cuss myself for not taking my phone to video it, it would have been some great film!

Im almost sure this is the right picture.

Me and Jesse Paul caught a little boar in this cave at the top of a canyon header... there's a video of it somewhere on here.

Bayed one under someones trailer house. Other time dogs bayed one up on some old ladies front porch and the hog broke a window out good thing it didn't go into the house that would have been a heck of a deal.

Funniest thing I've had happen was my dogs ran one into a guys backyard and had it bayed by his porch. Luckily I knew him and he thought it was funny. I was hunting on some government land one time and the dogs ran one through a campground and playground. Had one bayed up by an old fireplace/chimney that was left from an ole house.

Opening weekend of deer season last year I caught a hog in the middle of a deer camp. I was deer hunting but took one of my dogs with me for company. It was a couple hours after dark and I let my dog out to let her stretch her legs. She winded a hog and ran it onto the property next to mine. She ended up catching it under a camper but that was after her and the hog ran straight though their camp. Luckily most of the guys sitting around the camp fire had been drinking for a while and thought the whole thing was pretty cool. They've yet to allow me to hunt on their side of the fence though......

Well lets see. There was the hog in the cave like washout in the creek bank that Justin was talking about. Then there was the one that bayed up in a big culvert that Peachcreek was talking about.

And then one time we were hunting on our place with Nick an Mark Herridge and we had one bay up inside of on old hog trap that looked like it hadn't been used in 50 years. Lol, It was falling apart but that's where the hog and dogs went.

Oh, and I will never forget the time that we were hunting with Chance Ward on one of his places and the dogs crossed the river and bayed up in someone's deer camp. It just happened to be deer camp clean up day and all of the camp members were there. We heard a gun shot and our hearts about stopped.

We thought for sure that a dog had just been killed. But what happened is the dogs bayed the hog right in the middle of the deer camp with all of the people there watching, so one of the guys shot the hog to use as camp meat. PHEW!!!! That was a relief.  One of the guys said that they tried to grab our dogs but none of Ward's dogs or our dogs was going to let that happen. Lol  We got our dogs and got back across the river.

Drove by a hog trap one time going to a bay there was no hog in the trap. Went to bay they busted. Dogs went about 200 yards went to baying we took off that way only to find them baying the hog in the trap with the gate throwed.
