I got a pair from Chad Cunningham out of cross plains made out of a rasp. Real good price and good spurs. Can't go wrong with Kerry Kelly but set you back a couple hundred dollars. If you want to see some pics of mine PM me your phone number and ill send you some pics

I don't think you can go wrong with any of these guys I have listed below.
The spurs I use were made by Reid out of Paducah, but I believe he is now deceased.  Next pair I buy will likely be made by Brian Mauney

Brian Mauney  - Evant, TX

Mike Emberson - Bartlesville, OK

Shawn Bradstreet - Stratford, OK

Dossie Cribs - Rankin, TX

Glen Binachi - Bokchito, OK

My wife got mine made at r14 custom spurs for my wedding present. If my marriage holds up like these spurs have I think I will be alright. They ain't cheap but have been dang good spurs. I can take pics if you want.

What kind of spur straps is everybody using?  I haven't found a pair that I have been truly satisfied with.

Toby,

Luke Williams Rockin W  made these.

The buckstitch are mine, the stripper straps are Mandi's.

The spurs at the top of the pic were made for me by an old cowboy out of mule shoes, carriage bolts, and he used quarters for the rowels.  I just keep them around as paper weights/decoration.

Where abouts around Kirvin? We have a place over there leased we hunt sometimes, but it has seemed like the last few times we have went someone has been trespassing and hunting there themselves...really pisses us off!! But we put up some game cameras so we can catch them!! So if you ever see someone pulling into a place off of that hiway from Kirvin to Wortham that look like hunters let us know!!! lol

Those look good Chris. I  will probably get in touch with him when I wear mine out. He definitely has some nice work.
