My wife has a blue lacy male and when we got him he was real gritty but just one day he started catching no matter the size i was wondering if that is normal for blue lacy

i really dont know if its normal for a lacy but a buddy of mine had a bmc that got like that, they cut out his k9's and he went back to just baying
