    no , that's a Catahoula cur   lol
In central and south Florida, where I'm from, any dog with Catahoula blood is considered a "leopard dog" or "leopard cur".  We feed cur dogs and don't consider any dog that opens on track as such Wink

here in Texas for as long as I remember we have had Leopard dogs as well...these are just leopard colored dogs of any breeding including mutts that are colored that way...but we also have two breeds that many people confuse with each other and they are as different as the night and day...Catahoula Cur is one breed and the Leopard Cur is another...but just in the last few years the leopard cur is now called a leopard hound by some...and like halfbreed said it has to do with changing the name from cur to hound so this breed can compete with the hounds in the hunting trials...

Training dogs is not about quantity, it's more about timing, the right situations, and proper guidance...After that it's up to the dog...

here is a few pics of what I have. The first one is my female Bubby. She is a littermate to Michael's black and tan Rocky dog that purebreedcolt posted.

my male dog was hit by a car at the first of the year. I'm keeping two males out of this litter. a black and tan and a black with brindle trim.

here are some puppy pics of Bubby's litter when they were about 4 weeks old

here a few pics at about 11 weeks
