Have had my own dogs for about 6 yrs now but this is my first breeding. ? is do you feed more to try to fatten her up before she has her litter or just keep her on the same amount of feed i usually feed. I dont keep my dogs fat but they are not skin n bones either.

I wouldn't worry much about fattening her up before she has the pups but would watch her after she has em in case she may need a little extra to supplement her while being drug down by all the pups.

I would feed her a good puppy food while nursing pups. If they pull her down a lot you may give her goats milk or some milk supplement but that's only if she needs a boost. I am sure she will probably be just fine thought
