I see no problem with it...have a few friends with large yards that do similar things.
From what I've seen THD's, someone would be lucky to hunt your bloodline for you.
I'm breeding my gamebred pit soon and there's no way I can keep all of them so I will be placing some with a few friends to keep blood close by.

Aw.  Hell man noting wrong with it. Hell we farmed dogs out for years with the bulldogs.  I know alot of top notch men with top notch dogs that place them with younger guys  and others they hunt them  keep a couple and the owners get theirs.  Ain't no secret.  My mistake is I should have just not said anything on the www were mole hills are made into mountains. I could careless who has the best this are that I don't hunt them.  One mans gold is another mans trash and another mans trash is another mans gold. That's just the truth of the matter. Myself I could careless about a bunch of he said she said BS.  Lol

I got your point.

I see what you're sayin. Ain't nothing wrong with that either, at least in my opinion.

Everybody's gotta start somewhere, and there ARE a lot of younger folks out there that are just starting out, that could certainly use a mentor, and/or a nice dog with good potential to start out with. A lot of us out there weren't that fortunate. I'd have loved to have had the chance to start out with some high potential dogs right off the bat, lol, but I had to learn the hard way on my own. Which is fine too of course. That was some years ago.

It's not like if you farmed out  a couple young dogs to someone....that that person is going to be the one 'proving' your dogs out per se'..... I'd say the dogs will be doing that on their own, lol. If they wanna hunt they're gonna hunt, for the most part anyway.....

Just my .02 cents.

Well I got 2 dogs off jimmy bloodline in my yard and one of them is very well proven damn good gyp has made a dang dang good hand for me, I know several ppl that would vouch for that gyp and enjoy to hunt behind her! You always know there is a place in my yard for a young dog to come join the squad and have the chance to make it cause they will see plenty hogs!

I personally don't see anything wrong with mr. Jimmys idea... sounds like a old dog man that is looking to place a pair of dogs in another mans hands. To see how the shine. You get your pick he takes the left over. Your not out anything other then some feed and woods time with a pair young dogs. Wish I had the oppertunity when I got started. But I did get one heck of a deal from mr. Bobbyb and am very thankful for the chance of raising swag and watching him. Turn into one nice yella dog.

No man, get your story right he was a year, one day, two hours, and 13 mins and 26 seconds old still had his baby teeth don't know why I guess he was just some old junky inbred  LOL and I think he  one maybe two and a half adult toofs sticking out ,  hell he gummed about six seven I cant remember 240/250 lb boar hogs to death bit so hard he didn't need teeth, One of a kind man he de balled and barred about half of them with that razor sharp pecker he has then he had them tied by the time we could get there and the ones he didn't have tied I guess he  ate them because there was noting left but four hoofs tied in a pigin string .

What a dog man !

Boy I tell ya what man when people don't know what they are talking about Barnes sometimes its be to keep the Mud Flap closed .

LOL ........The dog was not even close to being a year old he was two years on in Dec are Jan I don't remember which it was got it written down here some were.   Here we go again.  The dog had been on some hogs before I got him but not many he had stopped several bigger boar hogs and he was used as a cattle dog .  Not gonna go threw this whole story again but in short I got the dog and his first time out he went with all my main dogs step for step ,  I think I was the second time out with me and Kyle the Bell gyp hit and had old blu and Cracker with her they were about 250 yds from us and all the barking all but stopped me and kyle hauled ass to find this Cracker dog locked on the side of the head and yes a ear of about a 250 lb boar hog with my ole blu bitch on the other side of the head and bell on the ass its on video wanna see it ?  The third time out a farmer had a bad ole boar hog that been giving people hell so again me and kyle go over and my Horn dog hit he ran I guess 400 'yds  maybe more and the Cracker dog stopped him and had him caught along with my old blu gyp the bell gyp the whitey gyp ,  he was in a hell of a place in birairs so think we could not get in to get him am not gonna go threw all that story again but long story shot I found a opening grabbed a leg pulled him out and wacked his ass got his head hangin in the tree out here as a matter of fact got both those boar hogs heads hangin in a tree out there both with close to three inch teeth and both around 250 lbs .  The fourth time out Tdog and WayOutWest went on a hunt with us .  Again me Kyle Tdog and Wayoutwest again my horn dog strikes and the cracker dog was with him bell ole blu and whitey again  T dog says man he is caught so tdog and wow take off along with Kyle I got the bulldog going threw chit  so I can go as fast when tdog wow and kyle got there the boar hog was stopped caught in the middle of  a dry creek with Cracker on the head and yes a ear and ole blu with the other and the other dogs on the assend ,I heard them fighting turn the cd loose just for insurance but Tdog said when him and wow got there the cracker dog had him stopped and caught by himself till blu took the other ear this one was about 220 are more its with big ass Hooks as a matter of fact WayOutWest wanted the head to take back with him and mount it so that can be shown to you also,.  Am not gonna go on and on here but there was a bunch more the dog stopped and caught over a six month period of time .

I got one thing to tell ya ,,,,, The only person my dogs have to prove them selfs to is me not you not anybody on this board.   I have seen enuff dogs over the years that I get sick of looking at them it don't take rocket scientist to know what he is looking at .

The dog was proven enuff for me has never made a false move and there is pleny of people that was standing in line to get pups off him and these are men that have hunted damn near all there lives and have damn great dogs themselves as a matter of fact I didn't even get to keep on out of the one liter and gave most away to my friends around here.

So next time when you got something to say that is gonna stir up a bunch of BS be sure you got your facts straight !
