Can someone tell me what this looks like? One of my dogs has popped up with a few of these spots on his ear, face, and legs.

COULD also be ringworm, due to the circular shaped spots. Not sure though.

Thanks for the answers, turned out it was hot spots and the skin balm is clearing it right up.
