I would have shaved the area and look for copperhead bite. he tell you what caused the abcess? glad it got figured out. casey told me about that dog when you got him. hope it all turns out well.

James he didn't tell me what really caused the abcess i am thinking there was either a thorn or he got hit by one of those bigger boars we caught couple weeks back but he is healing up great! I think I am gonna hunt him tonight I am pulling his drain tube out today so he should be fine |
