What dogs u reckon this dog has in it. Trying to get a general idea based on looks but he has some different things that make u scratch ur head    He is just a dog at this point. He wound up at my house with help from my wife so I will give him a shot just to see. |

May sound crazy but based on all the different characteristics I see:
Bulldog (the red brindle, red nose)
Cur (the coloring again, and the longer type coat, narrower muzzle)

I'm gonna take him to a bay pen this weekend and see what happens I guess. He has a few cut spots on him but he gets along well with the other dogs and isn't showing any signs of aggression to people. She has told me he is a pound puppy so their is no telling. Maybe I will get lucky but my track record doesn't support this idea.

Somewhere there is a post about pit/bird dog crosses. They posted a pic of one and he looks pretty close to the one they show.

Gremlin,cur and sheperd mix.
Them ears are something ain't they. Lol It's gonna take a few weeks for me to get him filled out the way I like but with the size of his head and them long legs he should be able to stroll and hopefully help hold with my ridgeback. He sho ain't gonna win a beauty contest tho. Lol |
