well I haven't read the article I tried but got a crick in my neck lol it is the county ag program that's been around a few years now . I think it was a big whopping 2 dollars or something a hog and only in certain county's that wanted to participate .

I think you had to turn in the tail as proof so there's probably plenty of tail less hogs there now lol
