Gotta to be careful at trusting people

Went to work at a job and man didn't hold his end of deal. I have learned a lesson the hard way but hopefully i i can get it straight in civil court. I have all texts and emails that the man has sent me so we will see. I have given every chance I can for him to make it right and he has yet to.

Have contacted the Justice of Peace in the area the work took place in and will be filing a suit with him come Monday talked with him yesterday

Well if you have it all taken care of then why do you come on here bashing someone?

I trusted someone on here and have been paid for every day I worked. I showed up but things were not ready so I stood around and worked when I could but still got paid for the whole day.

Did you show up on time or were you late? Did you do what you said you would do or only part?

If you dont get paid for work then clearly they don't want you to do any more work for them. The only reason that would be is if your work was not good enough. I have made mistakes at a job site but they always want me back. First if the job starts at eight then I am working at eight not pulling up. That seems to me to be a big thing. Then you don't see me sitting around, I am working. I also do not leave earlier than I said I would unless the work is finished. I have showed up but the tools were not there. I still got the work done. I may have used rebar or a pipe for a hammer or used a piece of metal for a temporary nail. But I give results instead of excuses. I have always been paid.

And still gets cash in hand but complains about amount. He is not being a responseable person. It amazes me at the blaming and lack of responsibility

I do know something so I said what I know. You came on here and started this not me. So maybe you should have kept your mouth shut. Plus I also know you picked the wrong court and so much more. I traded some unskilled work (me)for some skilled work (lou) with Lou and it was all good.  We got everything done pronto and everyone was happy.  I'd work with him again anyday.  Just my .02

 I haven't worked with lou, but I know him and I know he works hard for what he has and to provide for his children and wife. he has a lovely family is a guy I would help anytime if he needed it.

A blasting cap will not set of AN.

Ur full of #2 cantex, a blasting cap will set it off. I used to blow stumps with it in east tx.  U must think ur an expert bomb tech for u to talk what u dont know

 Det cord will set off an. It is not cap sensitive , so a cap will not set it off 99% percent of the time. But what do I know I have only set off over 1000 shots using the stuff.  You might of been using a slurry mix or a datagel , which is cap sensitive. It comes in stick form. One looks like a road flare and the other kind of looks like a one pound tube of breakfast sausage.  But then again , I have not clue what I am talking about. Working for the second largest explosive manufacturer in the world I must be talking out of my azz. Isn't there a militia meeting somewhere you are late to ?
