Decent Rattlebug

Thought I'd share this little feller with y'all. My buddy killed him last weekend near his house while moving some tin around. After he shoveled the chit outta his britches he shot it I think like sux times with a 22.... He's terrified of them lol. Said he was about two feet away before he saw it sticking its head outta the pile of tin. I skinned him out for him as a reminder of the day he nearly chit himself and fainted at the same time! Right at 5' long all together.

Circle C, you have no idea....  He was still shaking when I got there 30 mins later....  I asked him why he shot so many times and told him he just needed one to the head, his response: " I shot him behind the head twice at first, but that son bitch kept moving so I shot til I knew for sure he was dead and he pretty much quit moving."  I just laughed.

X2. I told him to catch it next time n we could have some real fun. I don't mind messin with them myself. He on the other hand would prob cry!!!

Every snake I see is going to be a dead snake.  No playing around for me.  One more bullet is never enough for a rattler like that.

While I won't go grabbing a live rattler I don't get all ancy either unless I step on it. But that is another story. I stay clam enough to take a shot that won't mess up the skin.
