He's a 6 month old pup that's good looking and well on his way of making a good dog!  Sunday after noon by his self he struck his first hog and bayed on a 140 lb sow an held a bay until my rcd an kirby could get there to catch so he's trusting his nose already Smiley very good pup for sure!

He's ranging out 100 to 300 yards just how i like because i walk hunt most the time but he stays busy an covers ground fast. I have only hunted him 2 times he's still very young an with some time he should get better.  I just got him this last weekend so i still have lots to learn about him!  You don't mind me asking what's your sire an dam is?

Just picked up an older gyp, around 2. Hasn't had much done with her. Hunted her for 2 1/2 days in TX this past weekend, and she did much better than I expected. She is Rock x Pixie. She came from Dustin originally.

Pic doesn't so her justice, she is one purty gal!!

Looks like we all have pups from the same litter lol. Mid left is Tickle, just made 8 months off of wills yard. Sassy and either junior or colee can't remember. He bayed a shoat at 3 months. Just now decided he wanted to be in the woods so I'm trying to feed him tracks. Mid right is Nola off wills yard from Lola (mellman) and tracker (Parker). She kills shoats every now and again strikes here an there but won't put teeth on anything bigger than a shoat. She is 2.5 I believe and getting better every hunt

Thanks... Just read all the comments and I may have butchered the ped lol. Any way if I remember correctly there were 3 litters. One around December and 2 back to back in late January then early February. Mine was off the last litter by sassy.
