Every dogs eyes that I've shinned at night were always yellow or green.  One of my dogs now has blue eyes when I shine them and I've never seen this before.  Anyone else ever seen this?

Jon. I've never seen this, but have heard of it. It's called "Christmas Eyes", and according to the Plott Gods, you can only hunt this dog in December. lol!  I hope you and yours have a great one.

Never seen a blue at night.  My lil fl leopard has one blue eye and one brown eye.  Her blue eye shines red and the brown eye green.  It threw me off the first time I noticed it

I'll try to take a pic and post.  It is odd.  All my dogs are in kennels and when I walk out to the kennels at night (with my headlight on), you can see six sets of green/yellow eyes, and one set of really bright blue eyes.  Kind of cool; just never seen it before.  He is a plot with normal brown eyes.

In the past, I've noticed broad range of colors in my dogs eyes on the yard. The bulldogs seem to be more colorful than the my Catahoulas, other than the ones that have glass eyes or cracked glass eyes. I have a white cat that has glass eyes that GLOW red, but my phone won't do them justice. When I fed this evening I snapped a few pics. The quality isn't very good, but should show their colors good enough.

I tried to take a pic of mine the other night, but it didn't turn out se well.  Yeah the blue eyes I am talking about looks a lot like the pic you posted.  Since I never saw these blue eyes before, I thought it was not common.  After reading all the posts, it may be more common than I thought.
