Good night in the feedyard

Well the feedyard had been having a lot of hogs coming in so they flew a helicopter and "shot all of them!!" Lol said they haven't seen a hog in three weeks but said we could still go. Had the dogs in boxes going down the feed allies and salty barked so we dumped them. They went about 500 yards and bayed solid so we drove around to them. They where on the edge of the run off pond and we could see the hog's back over the weeds so we knew he was a good one! Sent the bulldogs and the nasty adventure started lol. The night watchmen said he had been seeing a good boar around where they first struck so we just figured that was him by himself. Got to looking around checking dogs and salty was gone so we walked up out of the pond and salty had a sounder bayed at 150 yards. Cindy and Charlie headed to him and they bayed the whole wad of 30-40 big hogs. Sent two bulldogs my finished dog caught another real nice boar and my young bulldog tried catching his own but he ended showing back up with us at the caught hog. Got him stuck and the dogs where bayed solid again so went to them again and caught another boar!! Grabbed salty before he could roll over again cause we where real close to the highway and they where getting closer every time they bayed and I didn't want something to get run over so we called it a successful night. All three boars where over 200 lbs.
