I'm trying to think of some ideas to make a hood cover so while I'm riggin dogs they don't scratch the hood or slip easily. It'll be for a truck. Please give me some ideas, thanks!

Old piece of carpet you can throw on and remove pretty easy wouldn't work?

10 4, hope that didnt come off as smartass lol, i don't hood hunt personally and carpet just happened to be the first thing that came to mind......thinkin about it now and rubber bed mat cut to fit may work better than caroet and would surely last quite a bit longer and be easier to clean up after a hunt.

We use carpet upside down so it won't scratch ur hood, just cut it to fit tie both sides to ur mirrow and to ur tow hooks on front then throw a ratchet strap from fender well to fender well! It stays pretty good that's the only way I hunt!
