ive recently picked up 2 jagds and so far are loving these little hellions !  for those of you that own or have hunted behind them , how far do they usually range out ?  mine are coming up on 6 months and are already getiing out 4-500 yards on mock hunts . is this typical ?  ive had alot of folks say that jagds for the most part are short ranged .... is this true ?

The Jagds we have here are NOT short ranged. Better have supportive boots on and tracking collars for sure ;-)

I'm sure they will!

We have found that these guys are VERY determined when they're in pursuit.....

A lot of dog in a small package for sure.

Are yours on the bigger or the smaller side?

Like they're saying. Lots of bottom believe it or not. And the good few that I've seen were most defenatley noT short ranged. But they also like coons, skunks, dillers, and whatever else runs in front of them
