WayOutWest made it to Texas and on his first hunt got to stain his new Knife with some good old Texas Hog Blood.  W.O.W,  Tdog, his son Slade and myself dropped dogs at 7 am this morning .  Hunted for two , two and a half hours and noting then all the sudden all hell broke loose.  1st hog, Tdogs two dogs and Ole Blu shut her down and Tdog sent his bulldog and stuck her 140 lb sow.  2nd hog,  tdogs two dogs and ole Blu again shut one down a boar hog 150 lbs Tdog and WOW got there send Tdogs bulldog done deal.  The whole time this is all going on maybe two, two and a half hours are so Hannah Montanna and Horn were bayed and holding a good good sow around 200 lbs about a mile are so away. We had to get out on the highway and hit another County road to get to them get there they are 250 yds in.  So W.O.W and myself and Bo my ole Bulldog go in , get there and its a really good sow Hannah and Horn have her bayed right W.O.W sent ole Bo and he nailed her , W.O.W legged the sow and I stuck her.   Turned into a really good good hunt after starting mighty slow.  Sure enjoyed hunting with Joel and Thomas old school hog doggers.

Ole Tdogs got himself two good young ones I really like the slick red dog he showed out today in my mind but both hunted their butts off .  Mine done good been laid up since Sept .  Ole Horn acted a ass for a while this morning normal for him on the first hunt of the year does it every year but ended up strong and solid on that long time holdem and bay he and Hannah had till we could get to them.  Ole Blu was soild as she always is ten years old and still gets it done one tuff bitch man .  As far as my dogs go Hannah showed out today she is a nice dog .

That wasn't a new knife, I just sharpened it with that lil belt sander and I got a bit carried away when I stuck him. It was a rewarding hunt watchin how hard the dogs had to work. They sure showed some stick. Hopefully we'll get something tomorrow. DANG IT'S GOOD TO BE BACK IN TEXAS!!!

Joel we got a pretty open door policy in tx, almost anyone is welcome.  I know it's not as liberal as Washington, no legal dope, no gay marriages, so if you can live without those two, come on.
