No he wasn't wearing the transmitter to just the collar. I had a tritronics classic 70 it worked good I didn't know if I could order just another collar to go with that transmitter. But I need two I like to put one on the bulldog as I don't like to listen to him barking and I just recently got a plott that seems to be liking these deer a little to much lol. I looked at the garmin ones last night that have the bark collar built in but I didn't know if I could turn that off and on from shock to bark and if I could is it easy to know if it's on bark or hand controlled shock I sure don't want it to be shocking if they are trying to bay.

Mine only shocks them when I press the button. I can choose from level 1-5. I like mine a lot no complaints

I'm sure you can order [ or find used  ] collars to fit your unit [ if you still have it  ] just go to the garmin/tri-tronics web site and they should have everything you need .

Agreed, they should still offer just the collars.
Iv got a 2 dog and 3 dog dt systems. It goes from 1-15 with nick n continuous, but cont. shuts down after 5sec n u hav to turn the collar off and back on, and if u press the nick 5x in a row rapidly, it shuts down too. Setting 15 will dang near make them drop to their knees.
