Have been staying busy getting after the hogs, and some nice buisness trips!! Been shooting some nice big hogs with my bow, but have been catching small and medium size hogs with my dogs the last 2months. Consistant every hunt, but nothing big. Been working my 14mo old Fl Cur Blaze. He has been coming on very good. The area I hunt is under some serious water. Was not going to go out, but decided to see how bad things were. Brought Gator, Blaze, and my catchdog Clyde. Me and my buddy got to the woods at 6:30 and had to walk through alot of water (1mi) before cutting the dogs loose. The dogs took off when we released them and were gone for about 30min when I took a look at the Garmin and see their 560yds down towards the river. We continue walking a firebreak trail when the dogs start hammering down in the swamp. Check the Garmin and they are 450 from us so we dive into the 9ft high palmettoes and get about 60yds when the briars are to thick. Can still hear a fight , so we back track to the firebreak, run back to a big stream and start too the dogs again. We hit the woods and I hear a hog screaming!! We hussle the 400 yds to the dogs through the swamp and my Curs have the hog caught!! I have my buddy tie off the catchdog, and I go to my dogs. When I get close enough to see what they have caught there is a big boar hog!! Leg, and throw him and get the dogs to trees, hobble him up and take some pics, video and send him on his way!! First vid is not the best because it was still dark and the woods are very wet. Its a funny video as I bounce off tree's and take cypress knobs to the shins!! Even swallow a nice size spider when I cross the creek and have to gag it up!! LOL. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SF8H9f3bhvE&list=UUV-2tt6NXdBzsuGRC8fO8Ww&feature=share&index=2Next vid is of the my dogs. Gator had a few small cuts on his neck, but all the dogs are good! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aZhfdj4ri0s&list=UUV-2tt6NXdBzsuGRC8fO8Ww&feature=share&index=1Last vid is of the boar hog before the release! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GssA-8xWts4&feature=share&list=UUV-2tt6NXdBzsuGRC8fO8WwA Few pics of me and my friend.

Thanks. It is always good to see one of the pups you bred up coming on strong like Blaze is. He is only 13mo old and finds, catches his own hogs, and is not worried about the size or fight in the hog!! I will definintley be doing that breeding again!!

It takes a gun to kill a deer but it takes balls to catch a hog when the tailgate drops tha bullsh*t stops
