Had a man call me and said he got my information from a friend. He  asked if I'd mind coming out and hunting with him and his son. They have the land just never killed a hog behind dogs. I was like "Heck Yea"! So I load the dogs and family and headed his way. We dropped dogs around 9 am and was kinda slow. Went to another spot on the ranch and within 20 minutes my Dusty starts barking. Finally! Flacco is about 20 yards on the other side of the trail. I get there to see both baying up. The pig tries to run Flacco grabs his ear. Hole #1, then he tries to stay on the ear and he swings around again hole #2. Finally the pig throws him in the air about 3 times. Hole 4,5,6 lol. He got it pretty good. The worse gash being about 2 inches long by a inch wide. Finally the catch dog gets there and we bring this nasty boar to justice.lol.. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk |

I hunted alto as well, good pigs out there. PM me Freedom, and we can make a run on both spots.

Good hog man, I'm pretty sure I have some pictures of that boar on a camera I had set up in front of a corn barrel last year.

I don't know that's what I thought to, his nuts were still in tact. He was a good one for me. Best I've ever had. I will be going back for sure. Thanks for all the nice comments.
Justin Corbel: Thanks man. He was a goodin for sure. Hank and Pudding did good for sure. They both put about 17 miles on there feet and stayed on that boar with the big dogs.

Heck of a hog! That's right down the road from me in rusk:) moving 3 miles from alto in three week. Seen a hog trail already at the new place haha

Irondog the guy I hunted with has seen a hog like the one you want to catch on his place. He told me he has about 6 inches of tusk.lol. We might be after the same bore hog.
