Introducing "Bayou." She's just now six weeks old. Hopefully she hates a hog as much as my others! She's the cutest damned thing I've seen in a long time, lol. Had to share her. GREAT personality so far. Just got her yesterday.

Thank you guys!!!
Yep, she's a registered EBT.
The plan is.....IF she turns out to be a hog catching nut like my Shiner dog, she will be bred to him if proven worthy!
She's got a heart the size of TX already and she only weighs two pounds lmao

Ours do fantastic! Just as good as any bulldog if not better, in my experience....

My wife and little boy said the same thing. For my wife it was: your buying a new bulldog, I'm buying one of those.

Thank you. She's a NUT lol. Already gets after the cowhide flirt pole I have here. I'm really liking her personality thus far for sure.

How would you compare their heat tolerance or wind compared to a pit or ab? They certainly have the drive. I had 2 way back in the 70's as pets and they were sure full of prey drive and could tear up a steel ball! But got along well with other dogs until really pushed hard into a corner.

If I were comparing our EBT's directly to our APBT's and my one AB..... Our APBT's have the superior heat tolerance and wind, and I'd say the EBT's do follow close behind though, partly because we keep them tight and in shape, like we do our bulldogs, not round and thick like most people keep them as house dogs. My Am Bull I feel it probably wouldn't be fair to compare because he is about 90-100 pounds, but for his size and the shape I keep him in, he has great heat tolerance also. If side by side with one of the EBT's out in the field, he'd probably gas out before the EBT would, due to him being such a big dog over all. My heaviest/largest EBT is probably around 50 pounds, the smallest being 24 pounds. Then again, due to how stubborn the EBT's are, they'd surely pass out from exhaustion if I allowed it to go that far before they ever thought of quitting. Yes, those jaws are pretty brutal! People underestimate them definitely, lol. They cause quite the damage to anything they set their minds too for sure!
