199K miles, I bought from the original owner in April with 192K miles. Was never used to pull or work, the man is a resturant owner that used it to drive around and check on his businesses in Austin and San Antonio. It is a good truck with ice cold A/C, drives good, good tires, etc, I have all receipts for everything that has ever been done, title in hand.
