I have a deer lease between Dublin TX and Stephenville looking to fill a spot and maybe add one person if it were two people that hunt together or relatives etc. It has been 3 guns lost 1 this summer but could easily be 4 guns. We have two properties a couple miles apart both are around 300 acres a piece maybe more, camp with water and electricity. Lease includes Deer, hogs, dove, turkey, varmints, fishing, and ducks. I don't run dogs during deer season for my dogs sake and the deer hunters so I would expect the same for any new hunters. I worked hard to get permission to run dogs at all but landowner said if any dogs chase his cattle that will be the end of it. Lease is 3500 a year 3 people its 1175 a gun or 4 it would be 875 a gun.
