I have a Black and Tan/ Cat/ Red cur gyp that's going to be 2 in October and still hasn't ever come into heat.. I'm starting to think she might have a problem and never will. Has anybody else had this happen? If you have did your dog end up coming in late?

haven't had one not come in by that age but have had a couple that were what's called a silent heat , where if you don't watch close you'll miss it .

I thought that to... But she can still become preg during a silent heat correct? She stays tied out and I would've thought that if she had a silent heat, she would've become preg before.. Plus her lady parts don't look any diff if you know what I mean... Still looks like it would if she was still a pup.

yeah tc during a silent heat if a male was loose to get to her she'd be prego . if she's a good enough dog to breed I'd have a vet look at her . she may have some hormone issues .

Have the vet do a smear on her. It will tell you where she is at her cicle.
