There's a lot of people give comfortis and never had it happen as far as I know. Did the dog maybe get to hot or snake bit. It could be possible though was this the first time giving it to the dog?

I seen on the internet while ago and thought about this post it's said " 38% death increase after giving tri fexis " I don't know if it has the same ingredients or what but I am weary of giving a dog anything right now. Usually you can give it to a sorry dog and it will never kill it but if you give it to a good dog that you like it will be dead within the hour.

I've also been reading about trifexis, but nothing has been proved yet. They say to give it on a full stomach bcuz it can make dogs sick, and a Comforits pill is basically a trifexis pill without the heartworm meds in it. Not much they could do for you now, but if your dog was healthy before the pill I'd defiantly be calling the pharmaceutical company, Elanco. So sorry about your pup.

I put him in the ground soon as he died .so im just gonna assume that he was old and the comfortis did something that his body couldn't handle.not sure if i will give comfortis to my little girls beagle anymore.it sucks when its my dog,but my little giirl would be devastated.hes one of the best deer dogs iv seen and finds a hog pretty quick.im just scared evrytime i put him on the ground he wont come back.
