This one wrecked us back in 2007. He killed Matt's catch dog, almost killed mine and sent Matt's Brandy gyp to the vet. Those two were straight ear dogs and didn't have anything to hold on to. They ended up baying him several months later and shot him.

Here is a sow we caught I'm almost positive  she came out of a bay pen down the road and got in with a set of cows and followed the feed truck for 6 mo

He was killed between Waller and Tomball. I wasn't there when they finally bayed and shot him.

      heck no telling really , we got whooped a couple times over in ola on the ranch and I know a couple of hogs got off the property with only one ear . one was a big ol boar hog that we shot the next year .  my old Catahoula male was bad about ripping the ears plum off a hog . once he bit down if the hog kept pulling and fighting it would loose an ear or two  Grin
