This is sky at 6 months. She is a big long leg catahoula. Should be in the 75 pound range when mature. She is off my uncle and cousins dogs at black oak catahoula. They like the old school dogs. She hasn't been in the woods yet but I think she will make it. She can get a lil rough at times. She may or may not be a rough dog. She hasn't really been educated yet.

She is a good looking pup...her stance looks to be that of a gritty dog...

All the old school Catahoulas that I saw when I was younger, that were used for hog hunting & cattle were smaller, leaner built dogs, that could go all day. It was not until they were registered, that these big stocky built, Cats that looked like they were half bulldog started popping up. I will dig out a few pics. when I get the time.

The old cats I remember as a kid were all big like her. This is the type dog my grandpaw ran. Accordining to my uncle. Most cats I see are the smaller type here.  I think she will end up rough.
