Cook Off Experience Needed

I am currently seeking a consultant for the organization, planning, and operation of a first annual cook-off. Anyone with the skills I am looking for is encouraged to submit your qualifications to me as soon as possible. I will be screening applicants for the most qualified person. The cook off will be held in Halletsville, Texas. Proximity to the cookoff would be beneficial.

What is needed is your EXPERIENCE and SUGGESTIONS on what to do, and what to avoid based on your experiences.

KP i am a cook, although i have to admit i've never had any experience with cook-offs(other than eating at them,lol). i have worked some pretty fast paced kitchens though. if i can help in any way, let me know.
