My dog got cut two weeks ago i just looked today I just noticed there's a big bubble near where the cut was I'm sure it's fluid but can I drain it with a needle then give him some penacilin?

Yeah i would take neddel let it drain an put durma grow on it. Penacilin will not work on dogs or thats wat vet told me.  Hope that helps ya.
