Wheeler and winch if possible. If not, for small hogs (150# or less) tie the back legs together, tie front legs together, cut a small tree or limb (3-4" diameter and 4-6' long) and slide the limb between their legs and pole carry them out. OR, grab a leg/s and start grunting.

Call it what u will but the older u get the smarter u get. I have a big red. We put them in the back. If we get one too large to lift run the winch over the top and pull it in. If I can't get the big red to it I use my 4wheeler. If I can't get it all the way we use leads and drag it to 4wheeler. Dragging is the last option.

Heck I bought the 4wheeler 14 years ago. The big red 6 years ago. Wife's truck is 11 years old. Not rich by no means but have collected a piece or 2 over the years. If I buy something a rarely sell it. If it breaks I fix it.

Dang shotgun 14 yrs on a wheeler that's good shows you take care of your stuff. If thanks go as planned when I get my truck paid off I will see bout getting a wheeler. Dallas 22 the only roids we use are the ones my wife puts in our biscuits and gravy. My boys work ten hrs a day at the ranch and come home eat like kings but they do pull ups push ups and climb a 20 ft rope most days
