By chance, does anyone here know a lot about prominent Bluetick bloodlines? I have a few questions. Thanks in advance.

I dont know about the modern day blue tics, but back in the day, Vaugn breeding, Dave Deans Hammer line & smokey River were all top coondog breeding.

Go to the biggamehoundsmen.com and try your luck there, I've owned a son to smokey river jeans blue tramp that was as a cold nosed coon dog as I had seen. Like mr mike stated those lines he mentioned have some history behind them. I've seen more than one smokey river/ Cameron cross blue ticks make some dang fine track and jump dogs.

we can't forget  gary uchtman , and the uchtman blues  a lot of good blues came from the uchtman line  .

mrs. la   you said you were getting a blue male . have you got him yet ?  what's his papers look like if ya did  .

my litter mate pups to your gyp are doing great , I believe it is going to be a pretty good cross , with the ukc opening up their cross bred dept in 2015 the pups can be registered as cross breds and then later if they open up the single reg. to the blueticks the offspring can be brought in as blue dogs  .

Thanks yall!

Mr Robert....I did get my lil male. He will be 9weeks on Monday.
I havent sent his registration in yet of course....but I did get pics of mom and pops peds.
He is heavy on a dog named  (bare with me....trying to remember) Rambo II, and he has a hefty number of
Uchtman (sp?) dogs behind him. Thats actually the line I wss trying to find more about.
I tell you what....lil Whiskey (thats what I named him) has one HELLUVA set of lungs on him already!! If you can recieve picturr messages I can text you the pics of the peds.

Thats good I was wonderin how they were. Pepsi is getting big now...filling out too. Coming along nicely in her training.
I saw that the ukc is opening up the x-dog (I think its called) registrations in January. Im gonna have Pepsi registered that way.
Pretty cool. You started them pups yet?

yeah they are chasing squirrels around and running a coon scent drag a little . waiting for damn deer season to end so I can get them away from the yard and the other dogs to [ or so they can ] focus in on training instead of socializing with all the other dogs  lol

the Rambo II  dog if it is the smiley's Rambo II is the #1 historical reproducer in the ukc   out of 482 registered pups he had 42 nite champs and 32 grand nite champs in the ukc night hunts . which ain't too shabby .  my phone doesn't get pictures and all that high tech stuff lol  I can barely call and answer plain ol phone calls   lol  .

Gary Uchtmans   # is [ 501 ] 940 - 9008  if you need to find out about the uchtman dogs in your papers when you get them .  I got it out of  his ad in coonhound bloodlines along with the other info about the Rambo dog  .

Daisy is giving me fits right now. No more running loose in the yard...got to keep her kenneled up. She's climbing the fence and running ANYTHING she sees. Nose down and hauling azz. She seems to be moving a track a WHOLE lot faster than Preacher ever did. I think she's ready to start....Got to get her on a mock hunt...get her headed in the right direction...lol.
