Renovation? Lol...i use a wild game innovation camera. I have had good luck with mine so far but if you read some reviews on them its hard to find a good one. Alot of folks with the same problem as you. I dont know how they resolved them though. Good luck to ya sir !

Check and see what class card it requires. To old, it wont register, to new, it wont register. If it say class 4, a 3 wont work, a 6 will, but the new class 8s wont. The reader terminals may be damaged or corroded enough to prevent connection. Try contact cleaner and some 1000 grit sand paper. The paper will clean but wont damage the terminals. We use on our elec connection on aircraft, and then spray the cleaner in the cannon plug and we r good to go

On an additional note, i bought a 4 pack of that brand and got only 1 to work. 3 out of 4 wouldnt turn on. After opening the broke 1s, i found that the circuit boards were cracked on the + terminal strip. I gather it was from over tightening the mount screws.

Well speak of the devil. I went to check my cam today and I'll be danged if it aint broke. All the night time pictures are blacked out except for the eyes of what ever is in the picture. I called wild game and the guy gave me some info and said send it back. No questions asked. I like that kind of service. I can give you the number if you like !

My moletree does that too everynow and then. So when u find out what is causing the blackout pics, pass it on pls. My cam is 7yrs old, which may hav somethn to do with it, but bout 1 out of 200-300 pics come out blacked out. Oh n the front cover seal is flattened to much, doesnt seal n it fogs up or dribbles water. Gonna have to get the proseal out n make a new seal

Dang charles. 7 years old. Are you still having to take that film to be developed? Haha. Remember those? My cam is doing it with every night time picture. Bummer to because im trying to catch some hogs on camera at this spot with no luck. This go round whatever was on camera had a very wide spread between the eyes. So im thinking finally the big boar from the tracks ive been seeing. But hell i couldn't tell anything about it other than it had a fat head. Lol..

7 years aint nothing. if my other cam hadn't gotten stolen during rising flood waters, i wouldn't have had to buy this 1 and my old 1 was 2 yrs older. if they work and ur happy with them, why fix what aint broken? just wish ur federal government and your white house chimp would learn that.  Grin
