They are worth whatever the buyer and seller are willing to charge/pay. There was a topic not long ago about this exact question

DC30 =$150 - $165
DC40 =$175 - $185
220= $185 - $200

My best estimate just got a 30 off ebay $150 no charger don't know about the others.
