not at this hunt just the money  chkc hunted for a truck last month in Atoka okla and a dog named brandy won it  . the bone collector dog won a chkc truck a few months ago that was his second truck , he got one out of pkc as well  . plus all the moola for winning various hunts  . I'm thinking real hard on breeding my walker gyp to him this next heat , he's throwing winning pups as well  .  hell of a dog  and a looker as well  .

I broke down and joined the hound world myself....I'm looking forward to progress. My mtn. cur is getting the job done day and night, but I have wanted a walker for some time now and it just kind of worked out a couple months ago...OK, what's the deal with uploading a picture??? It loads to 70% and that's it... If I get it figured out, I'll post a picture of my pup....

Never in my life did I think the pay outs would get that high in the coon hunting tournaments.

that bone collector is a very respected dog. Thats for sure. If you happen to know about wessels wild card i had a JAM UP dog directly off of him and deanwoods hali. Both of those dogs were titled very well. Hali was a tripple crown winner. That dog i had was awesome. I traded him to some young boys for some nice fishing rods and a toolbox for my truck..ha ha. I wished i didn't. I told them fellas to keep me posted on him. Hell i never heard another word from them. I called ukc and he is still papered in my name..oh well..

I don't have a whole lot of time left to follow dogs too far , so I figured it's now or never for me . i'll be working these dogs I've got hard , hard , hard all summer and hope to do a little good with them next year . the way my body is now I may have to hire me a handler  like the big boys do  lol

yeah geogia I've heard of them wild dogs never was much of a fan , they are good dogs but too many throw them black headed walkers and I'm a sucker for a red head must be the irish in me   lol

Thanks Mr. Whitten. The sire is Joe's Big Thicket J.R. and the dam is Big Thicket Josie....that's about all I know. I don't have his papers yet and I don't know walker lines good enough to just know off the top of my head. A fella that I gave some of my OMC's to bought two and realized there is only 24 hrs in a day and decided to cut down....he offered me this pup because he knew I had been looking for a walker. For free...I'll give him a whirl and hope for the best. I really wanted a started or finished dog, but what fun is that right? lol
