Kills em on contact. Use it when bathing a dog. Only good for killing fleas on dog now. Wont do squat for the fleas tomorrow. I use it on pups.

If you are looking for longer flea control use ortho tree and shrub without the fertilizer. And you can use permithrin 10 concentrate.

Man I have tried all that stuff it does work but not as good as those pills and if you don't have many dogs it's well worth it. I have 15 dogs and I get them the pills every other month during the summer and then one later if they start showing up.

Im with you Judge.I use comfortis or trifexis and have no issues. When using trifexis worming ,heartworm ,prevention ,fleas and ticks are all taken care of in one.I am poor but I feel it's worth the money.

I pay $14  for comfortis and $17 for trifexis but there was post recently with a link to a website that has the comfortis for $10 a pill.I use it every other month on pen dogs and monthly on house dogs and dogs on the ground.

Dawn dish soap works excellent for killing fleas on contact. But as said it doesn't do anything for the next day. The only thing that has worked 100% for me has been confortis pills. Havent tried the trifexis. The pills are expensive, so I get the large dog and cut in 1/2 for all the medium size dogs. I remember the post to buy them online for $10. Does anyone remember the site?
