Anybody in West Texas got some decent working, cow bred Leopard dogs. I'll be around San Angelo this Fall, and was wanting to maybe bring back a pup. Looking for a long legged, block headed type dog that will get as rough as needed to control cattle. Must be able to head, bunch, and circle. I would only be interested in proven, "working" blood. Would be willing to day work, free of charge, for as many days as necessary, to see said blood work. Would pay a fair price for a weaned pup off this blood.

D-Bar, For some reason I don't think my pm's are sending. Thanks again Bud. Yea, Lee borders The Pitchfork to the South.(4 sections). We'll be up there Thanksgiving weekend again, Friday thru Tuesday, working in those two South pens. That Pitchfork cow crew had the chuck wagon set up last year by that tank that borders us. They had a bad ass camp set up there. As close to old times as I reckon I have ever seen. We ate breakfast and supper with them last year on that same Monday. Them boys had a fine string of Leopard dogs, sure 'nuff. I'll holler at you after supper tonight. Thank you again Sir.

Was hoping he would have chimed in. Might have already lucked into a pair of pups out there though.
