what are you calling a neck over bed? a flat bed with a headache rack that extends over the cab, or a flat bed with a gn hitch or a combo of both? if its just a flatbed with a gn hitch or a place to put a gn ball, then the only thing i didn't like about mine was, without a non skid coating, stuff went everywhere. a simple rhino coating would have prevented a lot of that, but i didn't have the $ at the time to coat the bed, but now some beds are coming with the coating factory installed, which I'm sure is factored into the selling price of the bed already. it also made it tail heavy, more than a normal tck bed would have, but it allowed for easier loading and unloading of stuff from the sides or back. again, the only draw back, it was to slippery

Here's my old Dodge with a Neckover Skirted bed.  Had mine made a little different than the typical Neckover.

Mine has dovetail, trough, oval LED lights on a diagonal and 4 toolboxes.
