Anyone feeding sportsmix and having dogs get mucus in eyes?  Eyes matted shut etc. Ive been feeding it for years but the last two weeks all my dogs are getting this. I thought it may be a pesticide used where i hunt but dogs i havent hunted are getting it. Two of my buddies dogs are getting it also. He feeds black bag and im getting it from blue bag and the wholesomes line.

I kinda doubt that the feed is causing this.

It's probably the dry, dusty conditions... or some kind of weeds your dogs are hunting in. I know the dust is getting to mine right now.

strange you ask this as I currently have 2 at the house that have the exact same issues going on, yellow mucusy stuff all around both their eyes.... didn't think feed was a possibility but I reckon it could be. I chalked it up to what mike said, with everything being dry and dusty.
