Do you think it's harder for a dog to get a hog to sit down in open pasture like that or in the thick of it? Dang Good dog work!

Cool video. Dogs looked good. I noticed they hauled butt when that rifle went off. Was it because of the shot or do they just know the routine and roll out.

They pretty much know its coming and get out when it goes off.  Usually when they see me throw the gun up they will back off some .  I think it caught Horn off gaurd on that one.  We had been on that hog a while . Crossed the river with him, then a big big lake, then a FM Road and then into that field there.  The Ive seen more sit down in the wood more than the open like that don't know why.

Best big Boar bullet in the world in my opinion.  12 gauge  1 oz Slug.  It's got a ton of knock down stay down power.  My gun is a sawed off old goose gun, sawed off to around 18 inches barrel there is no real ng how many Hogs it has sent home .  I can nail a five gallon bucket at 90 to 100 yds every time with it also open sites no bead on the barrel..  Most accurate gun I have ever shot.

Man that's awesome I always carry a 12 gage with buck shot for running ass hogs when I can get to a road in front of the dogs to slow it down but most of the time it rolls them up
