How much would a good deer blood tracking dog run me? How hard is it to train one and is it worth training one or just spending the money and buying already to go?

Could you use a good hog dog to find a wounded deer if your in a bind and need one immediately or do they need to be just a straight blood dog? Thanks for the info

Range 3500-5k for a started dog that'll stay with a dead deer
