Just wanted to show off ol Duke. I had hunted behind this dog many times with my friends who got me into this sport and they finally surprised me by selling him to me real cheap lol. He is as goofy as they come but he will burn the woods down looking for one and he isn't afraid to grab on to one. I sure am happy to have the opportunity to hunt him.

Yes sir, after rushing into a couple facebook deals and getting nothing but culls, I'm glad to know exactly what I am getting. Now I just need to get him a decent help dog to run with and hopefully I'll be posting pictures of caught hogs in a couple months.

He's 1/2 lacy 1/2 cur. Not sure about the lacy side but I believe he's out of some old stock of cow dogs on the cur side.

Turns out his previous owner was wrong. He is mostly lacy with some plott and bloodhound. I found the guy who bred him's son on Facebook. That explains the a over average nose for a lacy.
