Yep it passed through the adoption hearing yesterday. But I need to read more because I don't know if that actually means you can use them yet or if there is a certain date the new law goes live. I am not real familiar with the whole process of regulation changes, though I have been following this closely.

We could use "beep beep" just not any type of actual GPS because we have wack jobs that petition and pretty much control what regulations are created and passed. They say it was not fair chase giving the hunter an unfair advantage when treeing animals such as bear and bobcat, but now since they banned hunting those two species with dogs anyways they are now saying it is okay to use GPS now lol. Retarded people, retarded logic, equal retarded regulations.

That right there is just flat out retarded. Liberal F@*#&$ with absolutely nothing better to do than mess with folks minding their own business, pure ignorance. Hate that ya'll have to deal with that, there's no way I could handle that type of nonsense or abide by those rules.

Y'all don't have any idea how messed up Cali laws are. And the problem is that crap leaks out of Cali and spills on the other states.

You are 100% correct mr joel. Where i work in oregon, its freakin run by the same sh!t quality a$$hats that are ruining northern cali by their messed up socal garbage. Its even spilling over here in tx bc the idiots leave cali bc of regs and then come here n push for the same regs they got away from. Half the west coast and 3/4 of the east coast including dc need a several low yield nuclear warheads dropped on them.

joel is right that most of todays taking away of rights and politically correct laws all starts in california. i was born in southern oregon and  we moved down here due to my dad needing to not work outside in the winters due to some elbow issues. charles is right that people seem to move from california to other states and then change the laws to be just like california. but there are tons of folks who flee california to other states and help fight to keep those states as they were . several years back when we lost the right to use dogs for bear and bobcats, they also changed the name of fish and game to fish and wildlife as they didnt want people to think our state saw wild animals as sport targets. right now we have gawd knows how many anti gun laws in sacramento. and we just came back from reno where i saw so many cool new pistols that i cant legally puirchase from ffl dealers here unless i am law enforcement. for sport hunting hogs we are limited to 3 dogs per hunter/one per hunter during deer season, no stickin hogs or takin them live, no night hunting,no selling hogs or hog meat and have to buy hog tags at 20 something per tag and no use of gps collars or tree switchs. but not to worry as it looks like we will be legal to smoke pot to get high legally next year, lol. but most semi auto rifles may also be made illegal then also it looks like.

Gary, the waves of Californians has subsided up this way but we used to call it getting Californicated. They would come up here and tell us "that's how we did it in California". I have a good many friends in that state and it makes em crazy to put up with what comes out of Sacramento but those cities are just full of clueless idiots.
